Recently, information appeared in the foreign press that a suitable candidate was almost approved for the role. It was Craig’s countryman Aaron Taylor-Johnson, who is known for the films Becoming John Lennon, Anna Karenina and The Avengers: Age of Ultron.
The 32-year-old actor, according to foreign tabloids, performed well during the audition and is still the main favorite. Aaron is perfect for the type of James Bond: he has become, charisma, charm and masculinity.
In addition to Taylor-Johnson, Robert Pattinson, Tom Hardy, Idris Elba and Henry Cavill were considered. Many expressed the opinion that Elba, who could become the first black agent 007 in film history, would be approved for the role. But these were just guesses, but for now everyone predicts the role of Bond to Taylor-Johnson.
