Stickers with the Nazi dictator were put up on the eve of Holocaust Remembrance Day (January 27). In the photographs, Hitler is depicted in the form of the Roma football club.

The stickers that appeared in our city today with the image of Hitler in Roma’s T-shirt are a real shame. This is unacceptable, especially on the eve of Remembrance Day. We have taken steps to eliminate them immediately. Shame on those responsible
– said the mayor of the city Roberto Gualtieri.

The authorities believe that novelists and wolf fans, who still have Nazi views, are responsible for these acts. Images were placed on kiosks, shops, bus stops, road signs, etc.

Interestingly, the idea of fascism and Nazism in Italian football is more inherent in fans of another metropolitan club, Lazio. It was for the Eagles that Benito Mussolini once supported.
