Fernando Torres hung up his boots a year and a half ago after a last experience in Japan. But the former striker is still very active. If he had become the assistant coach of the reserve of Atlético de Madrid, before leaving his post, he especially spends a lot of time at the gym as evidenced by his impressive transformation.
Last month, “El Nino” had already appeared completely transformed in an advertisement for an Asian online gambling site. Dressed in a blue T-shirt, the former Spanish international, who passed through Atlético, Liverpool or Chelsea and now aged 36, had already hinted at a copiously muscular physique, especially in the arms and neck.
Fernando Torres is the joint-fourth-fastest player to score 50 Premier League goals in the competition’s history, needing just 72 games.

A few weeks later, Fernando Torres continued his transformation with even more surprising musculature and build. A new photo posted on social media shows the former striker in a tank top at a gym with particularly large arms and shoulders.
