Photo exhibition “Parents – equal opportunities”

The first years of a child’s life are very special. Parents free up time for new life in their lives, which may have been very busy before. It can be a stressful and challenging time, but amidst all the responsibilities, stress and fatigue, we find one common trait that unites all parents – love for their children.
While creating the exhibition “Parents – equal opportunities”, documentary photographers Elin Berge and Artūrs Ķipsts photographed parents who try to live an equal life in Sweden and Latvia. Not because they have to, but because they want to.
