Jakarta, Selular.ID – Oppo invites world citizens to share moments of 1 billion colors through the 2121 Future Photography Project.
Patrick Owen, Chief Creative Officer of OPPO Indonesia, explained that the 2121 Future Photography Project event is a campaign to capture and share memories of daily life today through photos and messages displayed on the Instagram page with the hashtag # DearFuture2121 and #ShotOnOPPO.
This campaign was officially launched by Oppo Global Brand Ambassador and Academy-Award winning actor Eddie Redmayne via a video uploaded to the Oppo Global Youtube account.
“Simple everyday moments can inspire photos that represent the beauty of 1 billion meaningful colors, for example capturing pictures with relatives or the beautiful natural environment around us,” said Patrick.
Patrick said, the past few years have also presented many challenges which will become part of history and these photos can become evidence of human strength.
“The 2121 Future Photography Campaign invites people to perpetuate life memories that have such important meaning and still have the best hope for the future, 100 years from now,” added Patrick.
Eddie Redmayne, Oppo Global Brand Ambassador and Academy-Award-winning actor, who has participated in this campaign and captured the most beautiful moments he felt using the Oppo Find X3 Pro, said many people said that pictures or photos can tell various stories, even there are who were at a loss for words. Sometimes, small and simple things can have a big impact.
Memorable moments in photos are shared with loved ones and saved for future memories. With photos, we can tell what happens now in the future, making people remember us in the best moments. “
As an appreciation for participating in this campaign, Oppo has provided 80 holiday gift packages and various awards. Every week until June 20, 2021, Oppo will select the 10 best photos of Oppo and non-Oppo user participants to get a holiday package worth USD 400 so they can meet friends, family, or fly to other dream destinations.
Meanwhile, 200 selected photos from Oppo users will be displayed on the official website and social media platforms of Oppo Global, as well as get access to professional photography classes online. The last 50 best photos will be selected by a team of professional photographers, their photos will be displayed exclusively on the official website and social media platforms of Oppo Global at the end of the campaign.
To increase participation in the 2121 Photography Project, especially in Indonesia, Oppo Indonesia has also launched a local campaign video that includes Oppo Indonesia Brand Ambassador Nicholas Saputra. In the video uploaded to the IG @Oppo Indonesia and Youtube OPPO Indonesia account, Nicholas Saputra had the opportunity to tell about the beauty of the moments around him and capture them using the Oppo Find X3 Pro.
Nicholas Saputra, OPPO Indonesia’s Brand Ambassador, said, “There is beauty in simple things such as city streets that we pass every day, cool afternoons with family, and much more.
