“Apparently, the owner’s dreams for the navigable canal project from Pancharevo to Pavlovo have not died out yet!” commented Hristo Hristov.
“It never sailed,” adds Vladimir Varbanov.
“And the block behind him in gray was a pub, they destroyed that Sofia,” says Ivaylo Georgiev.
“After a tram, a bus, a subway, a car, a scooter, a truck, now I have to be careful not to get hit by a yacht,” joked another citizen.
However, according to a local resident, the property owner has a serious motive for leaving the vessel there. Namely – appetites for the plot on the part of a construction contractor.
