Several companies have launched all-electric sedans: Tesla Model S has been on sale for years, Porsche Taycan found more than 16,000 customers last year, and Mercedes launched EQS, with which it has big plans. It is a segment that, although it will not generate large sales volumes, has a significant profit margin for car companies.
The BMW i7 will be produced in Germany and has a system with two electric motors, one on each axle, which develops a total of 400 KW / 544 hp and 745 Nm which ensures a 0-100 km / h acceleration of 4.7 seconds. The high power battery capacity of 101.7 kWh ensures a measured range in the WLTP standard of up to 625 km.
