Fashion came to life in a half-hour style trip on a raft with a special choreography by Elīna Gediņa and music by Maija and Reinis Sējāni. “Vacatio Studija” models and dancer Rūdolfs Gediņš went on a raft trip along the Riga canal, showing costumes from the new autumn clothing collection. Anyone interested could follow their style trip both on the canal and live, but then the fashion show continued on the third floor of “Stockmann” together with DJ Rudd and radio personality Kristine Komarovska. Musicians Reinis and Maija Sējāni, as well as other well-known people, watched fashion shows in person.
“This autumn we want to highlight the courage in everyone’s style – the courage to be yourself, find your individuality, live according to yourself and trust your taste. That’s why Stockmann’s autumn-style ambassadors are brave people who arouse admiration in their professional work. And that’s why a bold and unusual fashion show, in which not all outfits are suitable for everyday wear, inspires everyone to dare to introduce a special style accent in their autumn wardrobe, ”says Dace Goldmane, CEO of Stockmann.
The latest collection of clothes and accessories from the most outstanding brands – “Versace Jeans Couture”, “Karl Lagerfeld”, “Armani Exchange”, “Trussardi Jeans”, “Tommy Hilfiger”, “Coach” and others have been selected for the fashion show, preferring courage in each element of style. . The models showed modern clothes, especially for this fashion show, without forgetting about the fashion trends of this autumn’s world – monochrome or uniform clothes. The fashion show also featured the costumes and accessories chosen by “Stockmann” autumn style fans Maija and Reinis Sējāni.
Other autumn-style magazines from Stockmann have also taken part in the creation of the special fashion show. Interior architect Anda Ozoliņa brought topicalities of autumn interior and design to the scenography of the fashion show, but fashion ambassador Laura Saulīte and beauty ambassador Almaza Pirha watched the fashion shows in person and shared their impressions.
