More than 150 people were detained in London during protests against quarantine restrictions on Saturday.

Detainees have not complied with the rules restricting the spread of the coronavirus or have attacked law enforcement officers, police report.
Under current quarantine regulations, citizens can only leave their homes in England for important reasons such as going to work, shopping or caring for relatives.
However, demonstrations are not among the exceptions that allow the right to leave one’s home.
In addition, most of the demonstrators who marched through central London did not respect the prescribed social distance and did not wear masks.
Several of the protesters were involved in clashes with police.
