Suns of Phoenix defeated Rockets of Houston 115-89 to get their eighth consecutive victory in NBA basketball in the United States in which the opposing team added its 11th loss in series, during a game on Sunday, November 14, where Devin Booker added 26 points and six assists for the winning cast.

Booker hit 16 points in the first quarter and finished hitting nine of 23 shots from the field. JaVale McGee added 19 and 14 rebounds on a nine-of-12 shot from the field. Chris Paul finished with 15 points and seven steals, while Mikal Bridges had 14 and six boards. Phoenix made 43% of his field goals and 14 of 40 3-point attempts.

Christian Wood contributed 17 and eight rebounds for Houston, which has the NBA’s worst record, 1-12. Jalen Green, Eric Gordon and Kevin Porter Jr. added 12 apiece and Alperen Sengun finished with 10 and 10 boards. Houston made 41% of his field goals and seven 3-pointers in 32 attempts. The Rockets committed 23 turnovers that the Suns converted into 22 points.

Phoenix led 51-44 and started the second half on a 20-6 streak to extend their lead to 71-50. Booker scored 10 points and Paul six in that instance. Houston couldn’t get within 12 points for the remainder of the game.
