PHOENIX, Arizona. – The Arizona Humane Society (AHS) seeks to recover his truck that was stolen by a man who was allegedly fleeing the law.

According to AHS, it was Tuesday afternoon that a man fleeing law enforcement entered the clinic located in the 1311 block of W. Hatcher Road in Phoenix and stole the shelter’s transportation vehicle.

AHS indicates that the member whose van was removed is unharmed and there were no pets on board.

Al fled the scene in the stolen car, the subject reportedly crashed into two vehicles.

“As a non-profit organization that relies on donations, we use this vehicle to transport pets safely between our locations and to help receive pets from other shelters around the Valley,” AHS explains in a statement.
