Wireless WLAN module for external antennas from Phoenix Contact
With the new industrial WLAN wireless modules WLAN 1010 and WLAN 2010 from Phoenix Contact, compact machines, mobile robots or automated transport systems can easily be equipped with a WLAN interface.
Unlike the “All in One” WLAN modules, WLAN 1100 and WLAN 2100, the new WLAN modules of the device series allow external antennas to be connected. This makes it possible to adapt both the type of antenna and its position to the corresponding requirements.
All WLAN modules of the WLAN 1000 and 2000 series are characterized by reliable WLAN communication and fast roaming. Through a new REST-API, the modules can be configured and controlled through the control system or a PC.
