Reporting from Gizmochina, Saturday (22/4/2023), Philips TAB8967 has a sleek metallic design. It comes with a wall-mountable soundbar, wireless subwoofer, and remote control. The sound system of the audio device consists of three front speakers, two rear and two top speakers. There is also an 8 inch subwoofer.
The device is capable of producing 780W dynamic sound output. The soundbar is integrated with Dolby Atmos and Dolby Digital Plus. This enables a 360 degree surround sound effect which enhances the overall viewing experience.
Users can stream high-resolution playlist content using Chromecast, Apple AirPlay 2, or Bluetooth. Philips TAB8967 supports 4K pass-through, Dolby Vision, HDR10+ and HLG video formats without loss of resolution. There are several equalizer modes including music, movie, sound, stadium and custom.
Connectivity options on the Philips TAB8967 include HDMI In and Out ports, optical input, AUX in, dual-band WiFi, and Bluetooth 5.0.
