Watford have completed the signing of Bodo / Glimt winger Philip Zinckernagel, but it could have ended in Scotland.
Bodo / Glimt has starred as Kjetil Knutsen, and his three attackers have attracted great interest.
Left winger Jens Petter Hauge joined AC Milan in October, and TEAMtalk claimed in December that Celtic are looking for forward Kasper Junker.

Right winger Zinckernagel has moved to the end of his contract with Bodo and has decided to join Watford.
The 26-year-old signed a five-and-a-half-year contract with Watford, and his record in Norway was hugely impressive.
The Dane scored a ridiculous 19 goals and 24 assists in just 28 games for Bodo last season, which means that Watford has produced a tremendously exciting attacker.
Now, Zinckernagel has been quoted by the Daily Record as saying he had an interest from Celtic, along with Schalke and teams from Turkey, the Netherlands, France, Saudi Arabia and Eastern Europe.

Zinckernagel suggests that the sporting challenge with Watford is what he wanted, calling his facilities ‘absolutely insane’ while giving him the best chance to play in the Premier League.
“He could have chosen to go to clubs where he would have made more money,” Zinckernagel said. “I preferred the sporting challenge to the money, it’s not that it’s a bad package that I have at Watford and it’s a five and a half year contract.
