Barkley chose Philly for two big reasons. The first is the Eagles’ great offensive line, something that can allow him to shine and something he lacked with the New York Giants. It took Barkley 74 games with the Giants to score three timessomething that he has already achieved in just one game with the Eagles.
And the other reason is because Philadelphia is located an hour from the Lehigh Valley, where the player grew up.. It seems that a new love affair between Barkley and the Eagles has only just begun.
