The police are searching for a perpetrator after they received a report that a pharmacy has been robbed in Time in Rogaland.
The robbery took place in Kvernaland in Frøyland, says Sørvest police district on X, formerly known as Twitter.
Operations manager Dag Steinkopf confirms to the police that the pharmacy has been robbed.
– We received a report about the robbery at 10.20am. For the sake of the investigation, I currently do not want to say anything about how the robbery should have been carried out, says Steinkopf to NTB.
He goes on to say that they are on the scene and talking to those involved. So far, the police have not received reports of anyone being physically injured.
– We have no suspicion that there will be a danger to anyone else. Now we are looking for the perpetrator in the area, says the operations manager.
The police have not yet made any arrests in connection with the incident.
