Pharmacy chain operator and drug wholesaler Galenica announced Thursday that it had taken over the Hedoga group. The positioning of the Swiss market leader of Verfora, which has been controlled by Galenica since 1977, is thus reinforced.
Hedoga, which specializes in the marketing of non-prescription drugs (OTC), medical devices, food supplements and cosmetic products, achieved a turnover of 25 million francs last year, of which almost 50% in Switzerland and the rest mainly in Germany and Austria.
