Pforzheim is in incidence level 2 – SWR Aktuell

Incidence level 2 has been in effect in Pforzheim since Sunday due to rising corona numbers. The seven-day incidence was over 10 for five days in a row. This mainly has an impact on private meetings.

From now on, instead of 25 people from any number of households, only 15 people from four households are allowed to meet. However, children in these households and up to five other children under 14 are not counted. Also fully vaccinated or genesis does not count. Couples who do not live together count as one household.

Corona rules in everyday life are hardly tightened

Nothing will change for museums, swimming pools, amateur sports, retail and gastronomy. Discos and clubs have to close, however. At private parties only 200 guests are allowed, in incidence level 1 it would be 300 guests. A maximum of 750 visitors may be present at public events in the open air. A mask is required for 200 or more people.

Small corona outbreak at Pforzheim school

According to a message from the city of Pforzheim, there was a small corona outbreak in a class at a school. Regardless of this, there are a few cases in families. Pforzheim’s Lord Mayor Peter Boch (CDU) continues to ask for caution and again calls for vaccinations. “I would absolutely like to prevent an infection like last autumn or spring,” said Boch.

Incidence level 2 already applies in the city and district of Karlsruhe, in the urban district of Baden-Baden, in the district of Rastatt and in the district of Calw. With a seven-day incidence of 5.5 (as of July 31), the Enz district is in incidence level 1.
