Pfizer vaccine: “significant” allergic reaction reported in New York after other similar cases in the United States

A healthcare worker in New York City had a serious allergic reaction to the Pfizer vaccine, officials said. To date, more than 30,000 injections of the Pfizer vaccine have been administered in the city. Other US states have already reported similar cases.

New York City Health Commissioner Dr. Dave Chokshi informed a press conference on Dec. 23 that a health care worker suffered an “Significant allergic reaction” to the Pfizer vaccine. This is the only case of the more than 30,000 injections of the Pfizer vaccine to date in New York.

Other similar cases
