Petropolitan journalist Bruno Guedes died this Monday (12), aged 40. He had been fighting a brain tumor since 2021. The information was confirmed by family members. Bruno’s wake will be this Tuesday (13), starting at 7am, at the Oswaldo Cruz Funeral Home, Capela B.
On social media, friends and family mourn the premature loss of the Petropolitan, who leaves behind a 7-year-old son. Vasco da Gama, the club that Bruno supported and was passionate about, published a note on its official profile on X.
“It was with great sadness that we received the news of the death of journalist and great Vasco fan Bruno Guedes. At this time of great pain, Vasco da Gama wishes strength to his family and friends. Rest in peace”.
