The prefect of Tarn-et-Garonne has decided to reserve priority access to fuel, at six stations in the department, for certain professionals.
“With 37% of the department’s stations partially depleted, the fuel supply in the department remains limited. However, measures to requisition personnel from oil depots are helping to improve the situation. Several stations were thus able to be delivered on Friday and “ Others will be at the weekend”, notes the department’s prefecture.
As the situation currently stands, pending a return to normality, the Prefect of Tarn-et-Garonne has decided to reserve priority access to fuel, at six stations, for the professionals listed below.
1. Priority vehicles and users
– operational vehicles of the State Police
– operational means of the National Gendarmerie
– law enforcement vehicles
– operational vehicles of the Departmental Fire and Rescue Service (SDIS)
– operational vehicles of the prison services (Montauban prison)
– emergency medical vehicles (SAMU, SMUR, private ambulances, VSL including approved taxis)
– vehicles for medical biology, oxygen transport, pharmaceutical product transport, body-funeral transport
– medical emergency vehicles (transport of blood and EFS organs, transport of samples)
– operational vehicles of the municipal police
– emergency vehicles (ENEDIS, GrDF, RTE and drinking water networks)
2. List of users with priority access
– medical personnel working at the home of their patients or at a private practice
– medical and nursing staff of health facilities
– medical and nursing staff of medical-social facilities and services
– personnel responsible for delivering meals to the homes of isolated elderly people
– pharmacy staff
It is up to these users to prove that they belong to one of these categories by producing a professional card or a certificate from their employer.
