An often favorite reason for choosing this type of motorizationin addition to the (often not entirely founded) tendency to consider the consumption of diesel engines to be lower than that of petrol. Always the diesel it cost less than gasoline. Now, however, thanks to the energy crisis, this is no longer the case. It is gasoline that has a lower price, and the historic overtaking and the relative end of an era is now sanctioned.
There remains the doubt about this epochal change: that is whether it will be definitive or temporary, but the feeling is that the turning point is now fixed and it will be difficult to see another change of course. In any case, the overall news is pretty good, because prices have been dropping in the last few days. Gasoline price, general drops but watch out for “overtaking”
The latest updates of the Mise Price Observatory and elaborated by Quotidiano Energia, show that the price national average applied to petrol in self mode is 1,728 euros / liter (1,745 the previous figure), with the various brands ranging from 1,712 to 1,735 euros / liter (no logo 1,721). The average cost of the diesel self goes to 1,832 euros / liter (1,843 the value on Friday). With the various producers between 1,815 and 1,847 euros / liter (no logo 1,828). As for the served, for the gas the average cost applied is 1.875 euro / liter (1.897 the previous figure), with branded systems that have prices between 1,803 and 1,930 euros / liter (no logo 1,777).
The average of diesel in served mode it goes to 1,976 euros / liter (against 1,990), with the pumps of the various companies that have set average prices between 1.906 and 2.052 euros / liter (no logo 1.882). The prices of the LPG they range between 0.798 and 0.822 euros / liter (no logo 0.794). As for auto methane, the cost is between 2,995 and 3,316 (no logo 2,862).
