Kannur ∙ During the Popular Front (PFI) hartal, a petrol bomb was thrown at a truck in Mattannur Pallot’s church in Kannur. The front window of the truck was broken. The attack occurred on the truck that was on its way to Thalassery after unloading the goods at Iritti.
Nobody was hurt. The police started the investigation after collecting the trucker’s complaint. The RSS office in Mattannur was also bombed this afternoon. The office bed caught fire and the window pane was broken.
