Ski Team Vlha has decided not to interrupt the preparation in Finland for the slalom start of the season in Levi with a trip to Austria. “We want to continue to focus on our goals in connection with the Levi and Killington races,” informed Vlhovci from Finland.

The women’s parallel giant slalom in Lech / Zürse will start at 10.00 am on Saturday, November 13, 2021. An attractive decommissioning section on the track with a length of 365 m and an elevation gain of 102 m will start in the early evening at 17.00 h.

According to previously published information, neither some elite Swiss nor American Mikaela Shiffrin, who has had problems with a sore back since her victory in the inaugural race of the season – a huge slalom in Sölden, Austria – are no longer aiming for the only parallel races in the SP calendar this season.

The reigning World Cup winner Petra Vlhová is preparing for the slalom start of the season in Levi in the north of Europe. Another week later, the Women’s World Cup continues in quick succession with a huge slalom and slalom race in Killington, USA.

In all four of these races, Vlhová plans to attack the leading positions in the results list. She won both slaloms a year ago in Levi, the Killington race was not held for tough measures in connection with the coronavirus pandemic on the North American continent.
