Slovenian Tadej Pogačar was the first in history to cross the 6,000-point mark in the International Cycling Union (UCI) rankings. With a score of 6051, he broke the record of the Slovak Petr Sagan, who had 5879 points in 2017.
In second place is Pogačar’s compatriot Primož Roglič (4152), third is Belgian Wout van Aert (3601). Slovenia leads the countries ahead of Belgium and France. Peter Sagan ranks 90th (648), Slovakia 29th. The STA agency informed about it.
