The Cardem company is the employees of its two sectors of Metz and Strasbourg on the site of the Petite-Rosselle mine museum for the International Day of Prevention. “The purpose of this day was to take stock of our safety culture process started in 2018 and to give new impetus to this process called today Vigilant ensemble! The morning was devoted to workshops on the major risks and the golden rules of our company in order to gather the opinions of the operational staff as well as the improvement proposals ”, explains Mathilde Maugard, quality environment and safety manager of the company.
In the afternoon, fun workshops were set up on various themes: road prevention with barrel car and anti-alcohol animation, identification of networks (electricity, gas, etc.), prevention of musculoskeletal disorders with three osteopaths, use of telehandlers.
