From 2021, Michael H. Lutter will lead the district craftsman’s association together with the three managing directors Aloys Buschkühl, Andrea Hegerbekermeier and Stephan Peters. Here, too, the general assembly’s election was unanimous.
Michael H. Lutter has been employed in various management positions at the Paderborn-Lippe District Craftsmen’s Association since 1995 and has been its Deputy General Manager since 2013. He has been a member of the board since the foundation of the Education & Crafts Foundation was founded in 2000 and has been deputy chairman of the Foundation for Education & Crafts since 2013.
Andrea Hegerbekermeier has been looking after the Lippe guild companies on legal issues since 2013 and has been the managing director of the district craftsmen’s association since 2014. The lawyer, who comes from a family of craftsmen, comes from Lemgo and is a specialist lawyer for labor law. She takes over the interest representation of the craft in Lippe
Stephan Peters is a qualified social pedagogue and social manager and has been the new managing director of Tbz for almost a year. Peters was born in the Höxter district. Before joining Tbz, he had been entrusted with management tasks in the field of vocational training for many years. Most recently, he was head of the vocational training area in the Caritas workshops in the Archdiocese of Paderborn.
Aloys Buschkühl, who lives in Anröchte, has been on the board of the Education & Handicraft Foundation since October and now complements the management team of the district craft association. Aloys Buschkühl, who initially completed an apprenticeship in the trade, then switched to the insurance industry, where he completed an apprenticeship as an insurance salesman in Detmold. After studying part-time, he headed the Signal-Iduna branch in Paderborn before moving to the head of the brokerage department at the head office in Dortmund.
