Peter Bosz angry about ‘ridiculous’ action by AZ fans: ‘What kind of nonsense is that?’

Peter Bosz really doesn’t understand the white tissues that AZ supporters showed during the match against PSV (0-4 win for PSV). The Eindhoven team’s coach calls the state of affairs in the Netherlands ‘ridiculous’.
“People in the Netherlands apparently think it is normal for a bus to be waited for in Almelo,” Bosz explains at the press conference. After the match between Vitesse and Heracles (2-0), the Heracles team bus was met by angry Heracles supporters. The following Monday, then coach John Lammers was fired.
“That a trainer has to get off the bus to be accountable: what kind of nonsense is that?” Bosz wonders out loud. “Teams lose every weekend, that is inherent to football.”
The sixty-year-old trainer then jumps into the breach for Pascal Jansen, who was criticized by the supporters. “If you see what he has achieved at AZ, I think it is unfair that he is being treated like this today.”
In addition to the white handkerchiefs shown, Bosz is referring to the chants that could be heard in the AFAS Stadium during the match. A clearly audible ‘Jansen, fuck off!’ came from the stands.
“Before today they were third. They sell their best players every year. I find it so easy to blame it on a trainer,” the PSV success coach continues.
“I should know, because I have been in such a situation myself. It is not nice for yourself, for your family. And we keep saying that that is part of football. That is not part of it.”
