Customer-unfriendly and lazy, the service in many shops and companies is pitiful
Friendly and good customer service was hard to find last year, as Anne-Marije Buckens (34) notes. She has had a company for more than ten years with which she helps people over 50 find work. She wishes everyone more passion in their work next year. “That ensures lower absenteeism, happier customers and higher turnover figures.”
