Pet dog attack: Actor Darshan’s statement taken, the actor will bear the medical expenses of the injured girl

Bengaluru – The police recorded the statement of Kannada actor Darshan in the case of domestic dogs attacking a woman. It is indicated that Darshan told the police that he was in Gujarat as part of a film shoot when the incident took place and that he was ready to bear the medical expenses of the young woman.

The incident related to the case took place on 28th of last month. The woman had come to attend a private ceremony near Darshan’s residence in RR Nagar. The car was parked near the actor’s house. When he returned after the ceremony, he saw 3 dogs near the car. When the actor’s assistants were asked to change the dogs, they refused.

The woman complained that the dogs attacked after the ensuing argument and the helpers did nothing to stop them. Later, the police registered a case against Darshan and his two assistants.
