NASA executives say the mission to land astronauts on the Moon in 2024 may be delayed. NASA is still finding obstacles in making the latest astronaut suits that will be used to explore the Moon to a giant rocket called NASA’s Space Launch System.
NASA considers that the astronaut suit used on the International Space Station (ISS) is currently unsuitable for a human landing on the Moon. Moreover the design and technology has not been updated for decades.
