Peso-to-Peso Credit, with 10.8 million pesos for Mipymes

The Ministry of Economy state has a bag of 10.8 million pesos from the program “Crédito Peso a Peso” to support Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (Mipymes) with financing ranging from 25 thousand to 250 thousand pesos.

The program focuses on Retail, restaurant, services, lodging, manufacturing, dough and tortilla industry, health and education sectorsreported the head of the department, Olivia Salomón Vivaldo.

He explained that it is aimed at natural and legal persons who have at least eight months of operation registered with the Tax Administration Service (SAT) and from one to 50 employees registered with the IMSS.

He explained that, among the benefits of the credit, there is a 10 percent fixed annual rate, terms of 12, 18, 24 and 36 monthswith a three-month grace period at start-up, without commission or penalty for advance payment, as well as interest rate discount for timely payment.

He explained that the credit can apply for operating expenses such as equipment purchasetools or machinery essential for the business, as well as merchandise and supplies, replenish inventories, payment of services and payrollshort-term obligations such as suppliers, taxes and fiscal credits.

He reported that, so far, they have been released about 200 credits from this programwith federal and state resources for 35.2 million pesos.

Among the 21 benefited municipalities, there are Puebla, San Andrés and San Pedro Cholula, Tehuacán, San Martín Texmelucan, Atlixco, Izúcar de Matamoros, Amozoc, Huejotzingo, Cuautlancingo, Coronango, Xicotepec, Zacapoaxtla and Zacatlán.
