“The turn of negotiations will come, before which the Ukrainians will have to understand all our conditions again. They know them very well. Agree to them. Sit down at the negotiating table. And just fix the document that has already been agreed in many respects,” Peskov said.
“Conditions” of Russia
It is worth noting that one of the conditions that the Russian aggressor put forward to Ukraine after a full-scale invasion were as follows:
- recognize the Crimean peninsula as “Russian”, as well as the independence of the so-called “LDNR” within the Donetsk and Luhansk regions,
- “neutral” status of Ukraine (regarding NATO),
- resolving issues on the so-called “demilitarization” and “denazification”,
- recognition by Ukraine of the Russian language as the second state language.
Recall the Kremlin recently once again made ultimatum statements towards Ukraine, offering to lay down their arms.
