Defining the death of fish and molluscs as less bloody is at least risky. Most of them die of asphyxiation. Often crustaceans and molluscs are even cooked alive. This is why pescetarians generally prefer to eat fish caught by local fishermen and producers.

It is often a step, when it becomes complicated, perhaps for health reasons, to strictly follow a vegan or vegetarian diet. It can often be difficult for the less experienced to get the right amount of protein or vitamins of group B, like the precious vitamin B12, the lack of which can have very important consequences.

Having banned the polemics relating to the ethical part of the question, it is certain that fish is a food that helps us feel better. The first feature is that fish provides excellent quality proteins that are also much more digestible than those contained in mammalian meat. The fat in fish is also considered a good fat. Oily fish and salmon contain the precious Omega 3, which helps the heart and brain to stay in shape. The fish, in addition to the vitamins A, B and D also contain various minerals, such as calcium, phosphorus and iodine.
