Yaki Kabir’s sister restaurants in the north of the city celebrate Passover with a customized, Italian-Asian, happy menu.
Serafina continues to press her Italian pedal, but refrains from serving chametz on Pesach. There will be, among other things, panzanella salad with tomatoes from the prairie, seared artichokes with ricotta fresco, tartufo spaghetti with black truffle mushrooms, panna ragu, Nianca promzio pizza (mozzarella, pecorino romano, parmesan, ricotta fresco and arugula) and spicy arbiata spaghetti.
Below it, compare Yaoza with its own gluten-free menu. There will be, among other things, rice cubes with shiitake mushrooms and asparagus, a top of burnt salmon and mozzarella, and roasted almonds, a California roll with salmon, avocado, cucumber and Philadelphia cheese, a baked tuna roll with corn, shallots and avocado in tempura, a spicy machi tartare and also rainbow Roll (salmon toro, avocado, cucumber and tacon, top of salmon, yellowtail, tuna and ikura).
