A 28-year-old man is accused of fornication with a 10-year-old girl in the resort of Pamporovo.
The case dates back to February 17, when, using force, the man fornicated with the child in a hotel room.
At the request of the prosecution, the District Court in Chepelare ordered a permanent measure of “detention in custody” for the rapist.
In the course of the investigation, it became clear that the detainee was convicted of the same crime in 2013. The decision is subject to appeal before the District Court – Smolyan.
