According to the head of Immunization of the Ministry of Health, María Elena Martínez, from Saturday children between 12 and 17 years old must be vaccinated with the third dose, for which a vaccination day of 36 continuous hours began.

In addition, the Ministry of Health extended the waiting period to 15 days for people over 18 years of age who have not received the antigen to receive their third dose.

The Prime Minister, Aníbal Torres, previously indicated that the vaccination card will be required to enter public places such as shopping centers, public offices and educational centers, among others.
