PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy Tbk (PGE) reshuffled the board of directors. Through the annual general meeting of shareholders (AGMS), the Main Director of PT Pertamina’s subsidiary was replaced.
The position of the Main Director of the issuer coded PGEO shares, which was previously occupied by Ahmad Yuniarto, was replaced by Julfi Hadi. Then, the company also replaced the Operations Director, who was originally held by Eko Agung Bramantyo, replaced by Ahmad Yani. The AGMS also appointed Dannif Danusaputro as Commissioner.
At the AGMS, PGE shareholders also agreed to use the net profit for dividends of US$ 100 million or around IDR 1.48 trillion (exchange rate of IDR 14,800) and retained earnings of US$ 27.32 million or around IDR 404 billion.
The total dividend includes an interim dividend of US$ 70 million or around IDR 1.03 trillion which was paid on January 27 2023 and an additional dividend of US$ 30 million or around IDR 444 billion which will be given to shareholders in accordance with their portion of ownership on the date recording.
“The results of this AGMS increase our optimism for the Company’s positive and consistent growth. Going forward, the Company will continue to be committed to developing and maintaining business growth and developing green energy potential in Indonesia,” said Finance Director of PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy Nelwin Aldriansyah in a statement, Tuesday (6/6/2023).
