Shell’s fuel prices today, August 1, 2022, has decreased to Rp 2,760 per liter. Apart from Shells, VIVO and BP fuel prices also compact down. How about Pertamina fuel prices? Is it down too?
Price of Pertalite and Pertamax today, Tuesday (2/8/2022) is still the same as the previous day. The government is still holding back on fuel prices, especially for Pertalite which is subsidized using the state budget.
However, the prices of Pertamax Turbo, Dexlite and Pertamina Dex fuels have been raised. A number of Pertamina’s products have officially increased as of July 10, 2022.

As of July 2022, the current market price of Pertalite is IDR 17,200. So for every liter of Pertalite paid for by the community, the Government subsidizes Rp 9,550 per liter.
Likewise for Pertamax prices. Pertamina is still fixing the price of Rp 12,500. Whereas for RON 92, competitors have set a price of around 17 thousand. Because economically the market price has reached Rp. 17,950.
Latest Pertalite and Pertamax Prices
Pertamax Price in all Public Refueling Stations (SPBU) varies depending on the region. Meanwhile, the price of Pertalite at all gas stations in Indonesia is the same, namely Rp. 7,650/liter.
Pertamina makes adjustments to fuel prices from time to time in order to implement the Ministerial Decree (Kepmen) ESDM No. 62 K/12/MEM/2020 concerning Basic Price Formula in Calculation of Retail Sales Prices for General Types of Fuel Oil, Types of Gasoline and Diesel Oil Channeled through Public Fuel Filling Stations.
Currently, Pertalite and Pertamax prices sold below the economic or market price. For Pertalite, the current market price is IDR 17,200. Then Pertamax, competitors have set a price of around 17 thousand. Because economically the market price has reached Rp. 17,950.
