PT Pertamina (Persero) has decided that there will be no change in the selling price of non-subsidized fuel or general fuel (JBU) in April 2024. This means that the price of Pertamax CS fuel will still be the same as February 2024.
Pertamina Patra Niaga Corporate Secretary Irto Ginting said the decision not to make price changes refers to several aspects, including Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Decree No. 245.K/MG.01/MEM.M/2022 concerning the formulation of JBU or BBM prices.
“The adjustment to non-subsidized fuel prices is the result of an evaluation by all business entities in accordance with the applicable price formula regulations. Based on price evaluation calculations and taking into account the needs of the community during Ramadan and Idul Fitri, management has decided not to increase prices this April,” said Irto in a written statement, Sunday (31/3/2024).

Currently the price of Pertamax is IDR 12,950 per liter, Pertamax Green 95 IDR 13,900 per liter, Pertamax Turbo IDR 14,400 per liter, Dexlite IDR 14,550 per liter, and Pertamina Dex IDR 15,100 per liter. This price applies to Java and areas with a motor vehicle fuel tax (PBBKB) of 5%.
Irto added, Pertamina Patra Niaga is committed to providing the best fuel prices as a form of Availability, Accessibility, Affordability, Acceptability and Sustainability for communities in remote areas of the country, not just big cities.
“Pertamina, through Pertamina Patra Niaga, sets competitive prices for the public while ensuring that distribution to remote areas of the country can still be carried out optimally,” said Irto.
