The 78-year-old former doctor Carlos San Juan has chosen as the title “I’m old but not crazy”. He believes that the banks should offer more person-to-person services for, among others, older people who have difficulty with internet transactions.
Closing offices
He argues that it is urgent that the banks quickly stop closing offices and limit the time during which employees personally help customers. He is not alone in Spain as an elderly person according to the daily El Pa. That reported that about a third of the population feels limited in their actions by the obligation to arrange things via the internet.
