Many JRPG gamers are currently expecting a follow-up to the Persona series from ATLUS and SEGA. There have been so many rumors and speculations, but none of them have turned out to be true. That instead of the number “6”, ATLUS still seems to prefer exploiting their old Persona series, especially Persona 5 which has now been transformed into so many spin-off games with different genre approaches. Not only that, they even preferring to dive back into the Persona 3 series through a remake process which fortunately so far, looks convincing.
The release which is still quite far away doesn’t seem to prevent SEGA and ATLUS from continuing to push the hype surrounding Persona 3 Remake aka Persona 3 Reload. The latest trailer they released focuses on the main protagonist, who in the video game version appears without a name. He was introduced as the leader of SEES while showing off various scenes that were not available in the original version. One thing is certain, the visuals which are now built using the Unreal Engine look even better for Persona 3’s relatively thick anime approach.

Persona 3 Reload itself is planned to be released on February 2 2024 for Playstation 4, Playstation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series, and of course – PC. It will also be available via Microsoft’s paid service – Game Pass. What do you think? Looks interesting?
