– There is a person lying under a truck on the spot. This creates major traffic challenges, the police in Oslo wrote on Twitter at 16.08 on Thursday afternoon.
Shortly afterwards, they confirmed that the person had died.
The accident happened at the intersection of Ullevålsveien and Waldemar Thranes gate in Oslo in the district of St. Hanshaugen.
It is not possible to pass here by vehicle now, according to police. They work at the scene of the accident to interrogate witnesses and conduct technical investigations.
