– The emergency services have received a report that a person has been hit by a train, south of Kongsberg railway station. The police are on the scene, and can confirm that a person has been hit by the train, says operations manager Lise Bjørnsund.

Operations manager Bjørnsund tells Nettavisen that the accident happened a little south of Kongsberg Station.
– The police are working on the scene. So far we cannot say anything about the course of events. That is what we are working to try to map, she says.
Beyond that, she has no further information.
The police currently do not want to release information about the person who was hit by the train.
