The police were notified of the accident at 23.37, and moved out to Inntaksdammen.
Just before midnight, the emergency services were on the scene, and a lifeless person was found.
– We are in the process of life-saving measures now, said operations manager Øystein Eikedalen in the South-East police district to TV 2.
At 00.28, the police reported that the person died in the accident.
– The person declared dead by a doctor on the spot. The police are working to clarify the ID of the deceased and the course of events, the operations center reports.
