Iran’s Persepolis team qualified for the AFC Champions League final after winning 10 players over Al-Nasr Saudi Arabia 5/3 in a penalty shootout today, Saturday, at Jassim Bin Hamad Stadium in Al-Sadd Club in Doha, in the tournament’s golden square.
The original time ended with a positive tie with a goal for himself, to resort to overtime, which did not result in a new occurrence.
The Iranian team qualified for the final match through a penalty shoot-out after Al-Nassr missed a single kick.
Persepolis is waiting for the team that will qualify for the final from the East Asia region, in which the group stage matches will be held in Malaysia beginning in mid-October.
