Persebaya Vs Persib Leaves Grief, 2 Bobotoh Dies

KOMPAS.com – Competition Persebaya Surabaya vs Persib Bandung in continued 2022 President’s Cup leaving sad news. Two Persib supporters are reported to have died.

This information was conveyed by Viking Persib Club (VPC) on its official Instagram account on Saturday (18/6/2022) morning WIB.

In the upload, the VPC reported that the two victims were named Sopiana Yusup and Ahmad Solihin.

“For the families of the victims to remain strong even though there is no special recipe for any kind of loss, especially because of watching football,” wrote the VPC.

“Deepest condolences to the victims and their bereaved families. Goodbye my friend, I hope Husnul Khotimah,” added the VPC.

This sad news immediately spread widely on social media. The hashtag (hash) #BobotohBerduka is still trending on Twitter as of this writing.

The exact cause of death of the two Persib supporters is not yet known.

However, according to reports Tribunnews, two dead boy because of the crowd when they were about to enter the Gelora Bandung Lautan Api Stadium (GBLA).

The incident took place in front of Gate U and V of GBLA Stadium which became the arena for the match Persebaya vs Persib.
