Police carry out case reconstruction the sadistic murder of midwife Sweetha Kusuma Gatra Subardiya (32) by Donny Christiawan Eko Wahyudi (31). On the sidelines of the reconstruction, Donny admitted that he had found a letter containing Arabic script before the murder.
“In the bathroom nemu letter. I asked ‘how come there is an Arabic script with my name on it. He said ‘no, I have never been a polytheist’,” said Donny on the sidelines of the reconstruction which was also witnessed by prosecutors and lawyers, as quoted from secondsCentral JavaThursday (7/4/2022).
The reconstruction process took place in several locations, starting with the Central Java Regional Police, then at a mini market in the Sukun Banyumanik area, then to a hotel on Jalan dr Wahidin. The hotel has a car garage concept on the ground floor and there are rooms on the upper floor.
After the car was parked and the car garage was closed, the two went to the room. That’s when Donny claimed to have seen the letter in the bathroom.
However, according to him, that’s not what made him kill Sweetha. He admitted that he panicked when he was asked about the whereabouts of Sweetha’s child, Muhammad Faeyza (4), whom he had killed at his house in Rembang.
“Then he asked about his son,” said Donny.
