PARIS (Reuters) – Pernod Ricard announced in a statement on Wednesday that a court ruling handed down on Monday in favor of the National Association of Manufacturers would allow it to benefit from the reimbursement of certain import taxes (“drawback”).
The spirits group specifies that this decision will result in “an additional profit before tax of 163 million dollars (approximately 140 million euros), of which 33 million dollars of current operating profit, equivalent to approximately 1% of additional organic growth . “
