Pernille Sørensen: – That’s why she fell for Dagfinn

Both Pernille Sørensen (44) and her husband Dagfinn Lyngbø (49) make a living from having fun.

This autumn, we have seen her every week on NRK in the award-winning series “Side by side”, and as a regular panelist in “New again” on the same channel.

Dagfinn, for his part, is one of the country’s foremost stand-up comedians, who last drew full houses with the show “Driving rules in connection with the colonization of Mars”.

Demanding to be pregnant

The couple has two sons aged 14 and 10, respectively, and when she visited the TV program “Kåss til kvelds” this autumn, Pernille told how the first pregnancy was demanding for her.

– Did not think she had anything in the top lid

– I do not think it was so nice to be pregnant. I did not recognize myself in that one should glow so badly. I did not glow, she said in the program.

During the broadcast, a picture from when she was expecting a child was also shown. She did not look particularly cheerful, which had a natural explanation.

– I gained 100 kilos in the end, and in that picture I had a blood clot and pelvic solution. I vomited for nine months and put on a lot of weight. It should not really be possible to combine that, she added.

Secret relationship

When she fell in love with Dagfinn, she initially wanted to keep it a secret. At the time, she was not yet an established comedian.

– I did not want anyone to think that I was up in the system. I used a lot of energy on that: “Imagine if someone thinks I’m dating him because I’m going to get in and get the right contacts.” I kept at it for a long time, that we did not take pictures together and such, she has said in an interview with VG.

Eventually it was the man who came to her rescue.

– Dagfinn was very open about the fact that he had found the woman in his life, he – so it was just for me to find out that he was the man in mine, she continued to VG.

In the program of Else Kåss Furuseth (41), Pernille elaborated on what she fell for.

Good at dancing

– He’s a funny guy. I like funny people, and I think he had pretty eyes. Then I discovered that he could dance nonsense. I find that very appealing, she said to great cheerfulness.

Pernille had to add that her husband is not such a guy who dances with the tie around his head.

– There is a difference in nonsense dancing, but in a song he can suddenly rub against the wall. I appreciate that. There must be some “attack” in it, and then it must come at the right time. I like that very much, she explained.

The couple obviously still like each other, and this year they have been married for 15 years.
